Our rum started its life in the Caribbean and landed here in the Hebrides. Rich, warming and complex. Bottled unfiltered at 46% for a fuller flavour and long finish. A special blend of 8 rums fuse to form our unique spirit.

Molucca Beans, or Sea Hearts, also make the huge journeys across the ocean on the Gulf Stream from the Caribbean. They land on our Hebridean beaches, hidden in the sand and in tangled seaweed. Smooth, shiny seeds the size of your palm – like a heart-shaped pebble but light as a husk.
